We are now taking the next step in our development and launching an updated model of the TKS611/B, manufactured to meet all requirements for speeds of 50 km/h (optional) and with a new flatbed.

We have also developed a completely new dumper body as an option for the TKS611/B to meet market demands for robust and durable load carriers that are adapted for mechanical loading. The new body is designed with a load-bearing frame and a strong edge line, resulting in a body that is 30% more torsionally rigid compared to previous models of TKS light dumper bodies.

Integrating the edge rail into the side of the body creates a strong structure with few welds. This ensures a long service life and contributes to the body's excellent properties, such as tipping stability and torsional rigidity. The body has an integrated gravel chute and can be equipped with a top/side-mounted spreader chute.

The new side panel is reinforced along its entire length and stiffened by a sturdy rear panel. To withstand pressure from the inside, the side panel is heavily reinforced with a U-shaped construction that wraps around the entire body. The advantage of this lightweight construction is that we have a more resistant side panel that can withstand the pressure from the load without bending the longitudinal lines of the side panel.
