Goods damaged during transport must be reported immediately, within 14 days at the latest, and without delay to the transport company and to Bala Agri. It is therefore important that you are thorough and inspect the goods before signing for them. Check that the number of packages matches the delivery note and that all goods are undamaged. If the goods are signed for by the customer without any comments being made about any damaged goods, no compensation will be received from the transport company or from Bala Agri.

Responsible for errors

In relation to traders

If there is a fault for which Bala Agri is responsible, Bala Agri undertakes, at its own discretion, to remedy the fault either by repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price. Bala Agri reserves the right to refer the customer directly to the respective manufacturer or to a service workshop designated by the manufacturer to remedy the fault.

Bala Agri's liability for defects in goods is limited to what is stated in these general terms and conditions of sale. Bala Agri therefore bears no direct or indirect responsibility for, for example, but not limited to, delays in delivery, compatibility issues, harmful properties in the goods, operational disruptions, product liability, loss of profit, loss of stored information, additional work, or other financial damage.

In relation to consumers (private individuals)

When selling goods to consumers, the Consumer Sales Act applies. In the case of purchases made by consumers, Bala Agri may rectify the defect or make a new delivery if this can be done without unreasonable cost or inconvenience to Bala Agri. Bala Agri has the right to rectify the defect or make a new delivery at its own expense. In other respects, reference is made to the provisions of the Consumer Sales Act.

Ownership rights

Bala Agri AB retains ownership of the goods until they have been paid for in full. The customer therefore does not have the right to transfer or resell purchased goods before they have been paid for in full.
