Two different designs

When you order an animal trailer from Bala Agri, you can choose between internal and external wheel housings. We have chosen to offer this option so that you, as a farmer, can choose the alternative that suits you best. With external wheels, the inside of the wall is completely smooth, and with built-in wheel housings, you get a wider trailer interior, which provides more space for the animals.

Top-class plywood boards

The walls of our animal trailers are made from top-quality plywood. We have chosen to invest in this animal-friendly material instead of sheet metal to avoid resonance, which creates an echoing sound for the animals. It is a confined environment and it is important to reduce the risk of the animals becoming frightened. The interior of our trailers is smooth so that the animals can stand safely and securely.

We want animals to thrive

Noise is something that can pose a major risk of injury to animals during transport. That is why it has been important for us in product development and manufacturing to find ways to reduce or eliminate this risk entirely. On our animal trailers, we have chosen to use a rubber mat on the bottom of the flatbed, which has multifunctional advantages. It reduces noise levels and gives the animals good grip, protecting them from slipping and falling over. The rubber mat is secured with strips around the edges to keep it in place and ensure a tight fit.

Our animal trailers also have a high ceiling so that the animals do not feel confined. As an option for our trailers, you can choose a tarpaulin roof to reduce noise levels and protect the animals and the trailer from the elements. At the top of our walls, we have made it possible for you to see inside the trailer – but also for the animals to see out. We have also raised the sides with a gap between the wall and floor to make it easy to quickly and easily rinse out the trailer. Since cows love to chew on things, we have taken preventive measures to protect all cables and hydraulic hoses. We have also placed the LED lighting high up.

Easy to get on – easy to get off

In many cases, loading animals for transport can be challenging. Our trailers are hydraulically height-adjustable to make boarding less dangerous and more convenient. You can easily lower the entire chassis to the ground, giving you a low entry height of only about 10 cm. This is an advantage that provides great safety for both you and the animals.

Our wagons have a large load capacity

Our larger trailers, 6.4 meters and above, have recessed wheel housings and even higher ceilings. This is to give you as much volume as possible. These trailers are best suited for those who need to transport more animals over longer distances. We want the trailers to be airy and spacious. The trailers are also equipped with tie hooks that allow you to secure the animals. This is particularly useful for calming animals that are outdoors all year round. There are also hooks for rear gates, which make it easier to load and unload the animals.

Side doors that open up new possibilities

Our trailers can be fitted with side doors, allowing the person loading the animals to walk alongside them. This enables them to lead the animals forward and show them that there is no danger. The side door provides a safe way to exit the trailer and avoid any immediate danger. On our two largest trailers, the TKD701/901, you can also load animals from the side. You can then use intermediate gates to separate the animals, for example cows and calves. The side door also allows you to unload the front section without having to unload the animals at the rear. If you lower the hitch on the tractor, the step-in height from the side is also low.

Stable and compliant

The turning radius of our carts is very good. Thanks to the straight pull, you can turn 90 degrees. Many places are cramped to get around in the yards, but with our animal cart, we make it easy for you in the yard.

The trailers can be adapted for several different animals. The trailers are primarily designed for cattle, dairy cows, and beef cattle, but we can customize them to your needs.
