10-ton beam cart

We offer heavy-duty bale trailers with standard bed lengths of 7-9.5 meters, with the option of custom manufacturing to desired dimensions. The chassis has a stable construction with a center core of heavy-duty IPE beams, which allows for flexibility to minimize the risk of cracking over time when driving up and down the fields. All carts and trailers have a wear surface in the flatbed bottom made of pressure-impregnated wood to provide a smooth surface with good friction against the bales.

Hydraulic load securing and height adjustment of the sides

Our ballast wagons have become immensely popular with our hydraulic load securing system. This ensures that you get effective and secure load securing that is safe in traffic. It also helps you save time and allows you to efficiently handle up to 30% more loads in a day.

The load securing device moves up and down quickly in about 30 seconds in an outward arc that does not touch the bales. When the load securing device is down, there are no load barriers upwards, which can be a common problem when working with straps. In addition, our hydraulic load securing devices are not welded together like a gate that you lower, but thanks to their smart design, you can continue driving off-road with the sides down. This means you only need to get out of your tractor once, saving you lots of time.

The sides of our hydraulic load restraints are made of Strenx, a high-strength structural steel from SSAB. We have chosen this material for the best possible durability and to meet legal requirements for secured loads.

Combine with hydraulic height adjustment of the sides

The hydraulic load securing system can also be combined with hydraulic height adjustment of the sides. The sides can be adjusted 300 mm up and down in total. The advantage is that you can transport different types of bales, boxes, or big bags. Regardless of whether you have square bales or round bales, you will "hit" the bale. Height adjustment gives you more options and helps to make your work easier, while also increasing safety on the roads during transport.
